The key details about using the platform.

How do I get an account?

A teacher account is created by the platform administration. If you already have one, use the Enter the platform button. Students, parents and assistants activate their accounts with the setup code they get from the teacher.

Can I use it on my phone?

The app supports the web, Android and iOS. You can open the web version in your browser; availability in the app stores depends on the platform administration publishing it.

Does attendance have to be taken with a QR code?

No. You can scan a QR code to record arrival and departure, or record attendance manually from the session sheet.

Can an assistant see all the data?

You choose each assistant’s permissions for students, groups, schedule, attendance and payments. Managing assistants and the teacher’s settings stays private to the teacher.
